Atlas of Eating

The “Atlas of Eating” was a special edition of Smithsonian Journeys magazine. Primarily a repurposing of previous stories, with a few new ones mixed in to keep it fresh. Expertly edited by Jeffrey Bartholet with primary photo editing by Elizabeth Krist. Fun fact: I shot the bottom half of the cover. The pasta was barely cooked and inedible!
